Feasting Style Catering
Feasting style catering is the most popular and in vogue type of catering at the moment for weddings and other more formal events.
All of the dishes are placed down the middle of the tables so that your guests can help themselves without having to get up to go to a buffet.
It is a very social type of catering where guests who may not know each other very well are passing dishes back and forth and will soon be best friends!!

Feasting Menus Main Choices
Moroccan Spiced Chicken Thigh
Served on roast vegetable cous cous, finished with a mild yellow curry sauce
Crusted Roast Beef Sirloin
Cooked pink and served with a thyme infused red wine gravy
Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder
Marinated with fresh rosemary, garlic and cracked pepper. Served with a garlic and mint yoghurt
Atlantic Salmon Fillet
Pan seared and served on wild rocket with a lemon and dill butter
Roast pork loin
Rubbed with a blend of sea salt, honey and spices. Served with an apple and cinnamon compote and pan juices

with olive oil and seasonings
Butternut pumpkin
tossed with a honey and butter glaze and roasted
Vegetable Ratatouille
with a medley of zucchini, eggplant, capsicum roasted and served in a tomato and herb concasse
Grilled zucchini
tossed with cherry tomatoes and roquet leaves. Finished with a mustard and herb dressing
Caesar salad
with crisp cos lettuce, grilled bacon pieces, shaved parmesan and herbed croutons. Finished with a creamy caesar dressing.
Greek salad
with kalamata olives and diced feta cheese. Finished with a light balsamic dressing
Roast mushroom
with baby spinach and spiral pasta salad with a basil pesto dressing
