We recently engaged Diamond Blue Catering to cater a large corporate event for 430 attendees, providing morning tea and a BBQ lunch, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
From the planning phase through to delivery on the day, Todd and Andrea were fantastic to work with. We went back and forth a few times to land on the right menu, and Todd was consistently accommodating, patient, and flexible, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
On the day, everything ran exceptionally smoothly. The team worked incredibly hard, the service was well organised, and there was plenty of food for everyone. The quality was excellent, both the sweet and savoury morning tea options and the BBQ lunch were fantastic and beautifully presented, great options, quantity and quality was excellent.
We had international guests and wanted to showcase a classic Australian BBQ and morning tea treats, which Diamond Blue Catering delivered perfectly. Our guests were extremely well fed, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, everyone loved it.
We were really happy with every aspect of the service and would highly recommend Blue Diamond Catering, and especially Todd and Andrea, for events of any size.
